HOW IT BEGINS

Once you have decided that you would like to meet with me, an appointment is scheduled. On the night of the appointment, you will be able to look through sample wedding albums, enlargements, parent albums, framed pictures, etc. We will discuss the different packages and options associated with the packages. I will explain in detail my storybook approach to capturing your wedding on film and help you with the style you are looking for.

REHEARSAL

The rehearsal is a very important part of the wedding, not only for the wedding party, but also for the photographer. I attend local rehearsals to meet with family members, find out the church rules regarding photography during the wedding, find special locations indoors or out for bridal pictures, review times for bride and groom pictures, and most importantly help with the coordinating of the rehearsal, if needed. The time spent at the rehearsal does not deduct from your wedding day package, this is a FREE service.

WEDDING DAY

I arrive at the wedding approximatley 2.5 hours before your ceremony to set up the studio equipment used to photograph your portraits. I start with the dressing room shots of the bride and then move out to the altar for the portraits, full lengths, etc. Once those pictures have been completed the bride is then hidden and the men are brought out to have their portraits, full lengths, and group shots taken. Then we remove the studio equipment to prepare to photograph the ceremony. During the ceremony a tasteful variety of filters are used to enhance the ceremony. After the ceremony the studio equipment is again set up to capture the portraits of the bride & groom, wedding party, and any special pictures.

RECEPTION

Lets party! The fun begins at your reception. No more posing for pictures; everything can be taken candid when it happens. I have the appropiate lenses to capture those special moments without being in the center of attention. If special pictures are requested I will use the scenic outdoors when possible or find a suitable indoor location. With most packages I can stay until the last piece of bird seed has been thrown.

AFTER THE WEDDING

The film is then sent to a professional lab and printed on Kodak professional paper. All pictures are color corrected and density checked before arriving at my door step. I code all pictures and assemble them in a preview album that is yours to keep. From the preview album you can then choose which pictures you want for enlargements or for any album purchased. Credentials

This is my 8th year in wedding photography with over 200 weddings photographed. I am currently working toward becoming a Master Of Photography which is the highest level you can achieve in photography. I have studied under nationally known wedding and portrait photographers such as Fong M. Hanson, Bob Kahn, and Jack Reznicki, which have influenced my style and techniques. My work has been on display at a variety of bridal and trade shows, and I was also quoted as one of the area's most up and coming wedding photographers.
